Easy Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
I’ve been looking for new smoothie recipes and my friend Andrea from Greenbacks Gal gave me a good one. This recipe is from her Quick and Healthy Recipes. I loved it but my Banana was not as ripe as it should have been. Can’t wait to make it again.
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 cups organic vanilla soymilk (may substitute your milk of choice) *I used Unsweetened Almond milk
- 1 cup cooked oatmeal
- 1/4 cup peanut butter *I used natural peanut butter
- Add banana, soymilk, oatmeal and peanut butter to a blender. Blend until smooth.
