Christmas Art Crafts for Kids | Make your own paper ornaments

Paper Ornaments thanks to Andrea.

Take 3 pieces of construction paper and rip it up into small pieces. Put the pieces in a blender and add 1 1/2 cups really hot water. Let it sit about 5 minutes.

While this sits lay a towel on a table or plate and then lay a paper town over that. Pulse the blender till you have pulp. You will want to drain some of the water out of the pulp. Pick out a cookie cutter shape and smash the pulp into the cookie cutter. Make sure to get all the corners and pack it in. Add some glitter.

Carefully remove the shape from the cookie cutter and place it on a baking tray. Bake it at 200 degrees for 2 hours or until they are completely dry. My kids enjoyed this except the blender part. They did not want to be anywhere near that noise.
