I have been using the wii sports, wii fit, and wii active as a fun way to exercise for me and the family. I’ve also started, with a friend, a workout program at our church to encourage women to workout. I’ve had my daughter come and workout with me at the church as well.

I offer my kids milk with meals to ensure that they’re getting enough calcium. We also drink fortified orange juice.

My favorite way to stay active with my family is to go places & participate in events. All my kids play soccer. We attend lots of free festivals that are out in the country & involve lots of walking & we go to the beach & walk & we walk in the woods. When you are having fun…its not exercise
