Lookie Lookie, Winn Dixie now has a written coupon policy!
Winn Dixie at this time only has doubling and tripling coupon programs in Birmingham and Montgomery, Alabama. We are concentrating on giving our guest the best value for savings and our Fuel Perks program is what we have decided to reward our guests. We continue to consider this as a program along with accepting competitor coupons, however at this time it is not part of our coupon acceptance program.
Please see specifics below regarding Double Coupons and multiple coupons with B1G1 offers.
1. The value of a coupon once doubled cannot exceed $1
2. The value of a coupon once doubled cannot exceed the value of the item being purchased.
3. If a guest is using two manufacturer coupons for a B1G1 offer and the Reward Card is scanned at the beginning of the transaction, the system will not allow the second coupon. Once the RC is scanned, the ‘free’ item is removed from the transaction once it is scanned. The register then attempts to apply both coupons to the 1 item left on the receipt and will not process. In this scenario, the RC should be scanned at the end of the transaction after items and coupons have been scanned.
My Notes: The B1G1 Free information is very nice and what I’ve been saying all along. Scan you MFR coupons BEFORE you scan you Winn Dixie Card.
What I’m not happy is the part on Make a Meal or Deal items when you get the free items. It says that coupons will only be validated for the main item in the deal. Coupons for FREE items must have manager approval. Please keep in mind these deals are a STORE sale and they are reimbursed for MFR coupons so there is no reason they should not accept them.

Thanks for the info-very helpful. One thing- do they double $1 coupons, or anything between 50cents and $1?
I am in Florida Darlene and stores do not double coupons in Florida.
