Over the weekend I got my free bundt pan in the mail. I have been itching to use it and last night was the night. Don’t worry, I didn’t make a light out of it! I had a box of devils food cake mix and on the side it had a recipe for a bundt cake. I added the eggs, oil, water and a package of chocolate pudding mix and baked it up. After it cooled, I turned it over and it slid right out of the pan. It was the easiest and most beautiful bundt cake I’ve ever made! I drizzled vanilla icing on the top and when I turned around there were two kids and a daddy waiting with forks in hand!
