This is one of my favorite ways to dress up a pork loin. The pepper flakes can be omitted or increased depending on your families preferences. I used preserves because I like the chunks of apricot in them. Pin this so you can have it for later!
Apricot Pork Glaze
1/2 Cup Apricot Preserves
1 Minced Garlic Clove
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Soy Sauce
1/8 tsp Pepper Flakes (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan and bring to a low boil. Stir constantly so that you do not burn the glaze. Place burner on low and let the flavors cook on low to mingle them together. You can cook this up about 10 minutes before your pork is ready. Of course you can try it on other meats like chicken.
