I’ve created a Google Spreadsheet that will help us all with the New Publix Coupon Policy. Each Publix store will have a set list of stores that they consider competitors. These lists should have been posted at the front of each store by May 23rd, 2011. Please only enter the competitor stores that your store will officially accept as of May 23rd.
I posted this a couple weeks ago and you guys have rocked! We’ve gotten over 50 stores added so far. Be sure to share with friends so we can expand.
I obviously can’t know each and every store, so this is where we can all help each other.
- First, go to the Publix Competitor Spreadsheet and see if your store is already listed (This list is sorted by store number)
- If your store is not on the spreadsheet yet, Fill Out This Form
You can find all the form information on your Publix Receipt.
Store Number: Bottom of receipt (Do not enter the “S” just the number)
Store Name & Address: Top of Receipt
Please DO NOT leave a comment on this post with store information. Information must be entered on the form, in order to be input on the spreadsheet.

I was wondering and much of the cashiers I see dont know how to use coupons when there is a store coupon buy one get one free and the manufacture also says buy one get one free. How many do you get do you stack and use other manufactures on free item? what is the best buy? Thank You. from shindler Baptist class.
The Manufacturer coupon usually scans, but the cashier will have to enter the price. The store coupon would also have to be entered, depending on the store, probably manually. Yes you can stack both coupons, so you should get 2 items for free with both coupons. Just be aware that some of these coupons have a price maximum. So if the maximum of the coupon is $3.99 and the item is $4.50, you’ll have to pay the difference, as the coupon will only be entered at $3.99. I hope all that makes sense.

I tried to enter info into the Publix Database Spreadsheet. I can highlight the cell, but cannot enter data. I have info for the 2 stores I shop at (either is 10 minutes from me).
