Update: I got 2 papers this morning. Yah! I’m hoping it will last. :)
Remember back in February when I posted about the Times Union Sunday paper deal? I decided that I would subscribe to another Sunday paper so I could get double the coupons. Well I guess this has confused them because for the last 3 weeks I have only gotten 1 paper. AND for the last 3 weeks I have had to call and remind them that I should be getting 2. Then they send someone out to deliver it. One of the most frustrating things for me is dealing with issues like this. It’s a waste of my time and I’m sure I’m not the only mom that feels her time is precious. I paid for the service, I should not have to call every week to follow up. This past Sunday my husband said he’d take care of it. Apparently there is something about a man calling that makes them “take it seriously”. This too bugs me. OK, I’m done venting! Is there anyone else out there getting more than one paper? I’m crossing my fingers that they get it right this week.
