This easy homemade marinade is one I make all the time when I’m grilling steaks. One of the reasons I like it is because it’s made from basic ingredients that I usually always have in my kitchen and you probably do too. Taking a picture of this marinade just doesn’t do it justice.
3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
3 Cloves Garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
To be honest I never throw in the same amount of each ingredient twice. But for basics, you can follow the recipe above to get started and make adjustments for your needs. Place all ingredients into a food processor and combine. I usually throw the steak in a large ziploc and throw the marinade inside. Shake all over and let sit for at least an hour or overnight.
My family loves garlic so I usually add more.
Give it try! It’s easy and I think you’ll love it!
