Well when you have a ton of Zaycon Chicken in your freezer, you must have easy recipes to use it with. I threw 4 ingredients in the crockpot and the entire family ate it up!
Creamy Crockpot Chicken
- 4-6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 (10 ½ ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (1 ¼ ounce) package onion soup mix
Put Sour cream, mushroom soup and onion soup mix in the crockpot and mix together. Add chicken and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until chicken is tender. I put mine in straight from the freezer and cooked on high for 2 hours, then put on low for 3 more. With 1 hour to cook I shredded the chicken.
You can cook egg noodles to put this on top of, but I chose rice since we have a nice stockpile of that.
