My husband used to budge just the way you mention. After he passed away I just let all the bills slide. I need to get more organized.

Love your advice. I keep a small notebook in my purse and write down all purchases and categorize them when I get back in the car or home. At the end of the day my husband writes his down (if he has any). It helps us to see where our money goes. We've budgeted for over 6 years now and I still track our spending. We do our budget on a spreadsheet that we created so it's original to us. But as you said as long as your getting it down somewhere that's what matters.
Thanks for Boot Camp can't wait to see what else you have in store.
