Apparently Bealls had some system issues on Sunday because of the weather. They have sent out coupons to help make up for any inconvenience this may have caused their customers. Check out this $5 off Bealls coupon good from January 27th through January 30th. It does not state a minimum purchase requirement! And you can use it on regular, sale and clearance merchandise.
