I am an Extreme Souponer. I am sure I use more than 100 coupons a month. I am curious too so I will start counting too. I can say that my trip yesterday consisted of 37$ in coupons alone. I saved almost 70%. I generally save 50-60% every trip. Its fun & definitely rewarding.

According to the WSJ story, I must be an extreme couponer because I know I use at least 100+ Qs a month. However, I strive to keep no more than a 3-6 month stockpile of anything in the house. Any excess is donated to local charities.
