I am sure I use more than 100 coupons a month. I am curious too so I will start counting too. I can say that my trip yesterday consisted of 37$ in coupons alone. I saved almost 70%. However, I strive to keep no more than a 3-6 month stockpile of anything in the house. Any excess is donated to local charities.
